EmpowerPlay is a 9-week, multisport after-school program designed for girls in grades 3–5. Participants rotate through three sports (selected from basketball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, softball, and lacrosse) in equal intervals while building confidence, leadership, and teamwork through a structured empowerment curriculum and guided journal prompts.

We bring programs directly to schools, removing barriers like cost, access, and options, so more girls can get in the game.

Our goal is simple: give every girl the opportunity to play, grow, and lead.
